These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Falcon Customer and Falcon Technician mobile applications operated by Falcon National Trading Company.

By accessing or using the Applications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

The Applications allow customers to:

  • Report equipment issues
  • Request maintenance services
  • Track service requests
  • Make payments

The Applications allow technicians to:

  • Receive assigned jobs
  • Manage service activities
  • Update work status
  • Navigate to service locations

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting account credentials
  • All activities performed through their accounts

3. Service Requests

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted regarding service requests is accurate and complete.

Falcon reserves the right to reject or cancel service requests whenever necessary.

4. Technician Responsibilities

Technicians must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Perform assigned duties professionally
  • Use the Applications only for authorized business purposes

5. Payments

Payments may be collected through:

  • HyperPay
  • Bank Transfer
  • Other approved payment methods

All fees are subject to applicable taxes and charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, content, logos, designs, and materials within the Applications are the intellectual property of Falcon National Trading Company or its licensors.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Reverse engineer
  • Exploit any part of the Applications without prior written permission

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code
  • Access unauthorized data or systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Applications
  • Use the Applications for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

8. Availability

Falcon does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Applications.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect access to the services.

9. Termination

Falcon may suspend or terminate access to the Applications at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Service interruptions beyond Falcon’s reasonable control

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Falcon harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Applications or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
